Lovely staff, good facilities, and an excellent free breakfast each morning.
We had a room with a window on a main outside walkway and felt we couldn't really have the curtains open due to the amount of people coming past

Good hotel in a great location with amazing breakfast.
Great location and amazing breakfast! The beds were very comfortable and staff were helpful.
The room was a bit dusty in both the bedroom and the bathroom, we had to ask for extra amenities (kettle) but staff were helpful.

Very Good
Lovely hotel in a nice location. Walkable to the city centre but plenty of shops, bars and restaurants nearby. The staff were very helpful and breakfast was great.

Great location for exploring Oslo, a little basic but good value for money
Excellent location for exploring Oslo, with a great food market next door. The breakfast buffet had a good selection. The room was really comfortable and good value for money, compared to other options.
Little things could have been improved, for example there was no kettle in the room or cups / glasses to make a drink and the towels, hair dryer and iron weren't the best. We asked a member of staff about room service one evening, as there's a pizza restaurant attached to the hotel, and got quite an abrupt reply like we'd asked for something ridiculous.
